Dog amputation is always a very difficult decision. I had to make that decision for my Siberian Husky, Shania, when she was only a few months old. I seriously considered returning Shania because I didn’t know how amputation would affect her life, my life, and everything else. This is the story of Shania, her leg amputation, her bravery, her wonderful spirit, and her general awesomeness!
