King of the Stairs.
I am getting more used to the pungent male and the not-too-smelly female.
They are not very good pack followers, but I am being patient about teaching them how to properly pay homage to my Shiba-ness.
However, a disturbing trend has started where they are holding me down on my back every time I do certain things that get them frustrated. They must have learned it from that white coated amazon thing <vet> and her helpers.
No worries – I put up a great fuss (note: screaming and mouthing works really well) and I can sense their energy weakening when I do that.

In any case, two legs have very strange behaviors. I suspect they are much lower life forms and are simply incapable of communicating in a consistent and non-barbaric fashion.
I will be a good pack leader and be patient with them … for now.
