Off-Leash Neighborhood Dogs

My experiences with off-leash neighborhood dogs. While walking with my Siberian Husky we have been charged by large dogs (Akitas, GSDs, Pit-Bulls), small dogs, and all the sizes in-between. Off-leash neighborhood dogs, especially untrained off-leash dogs are dangerous because they may knock down children and seniors, start a fight with other dogs, and get hit by cars.
